Equipment usage and characteristics:
The vacuum emulsifier is a kind of shearing and mixing machine integrating high speed emulsifying, mixing and blending. The equipment is widely applied in such industries as daily chemical industry, pharmacy, fine chemical industry, dairy and food etc. Its main usage is to shear the neutral granules or fibers into finer molecules through the special shearer to achieve the effects required by the technology. The granules produced after high speed operation are very tiny. The emulsification quality depends on the dispersing method of granules at the preparation period and the size of granules. The smaller the granules are, the weaker the tendency of their gathering on the surface is and the lower the possibility of damaged emulsification is. Through the actions of forward and reverse rotation vanes, homogenization turbine and vacuum, the high quality emulsifying and mixing effects can be achieved.
