2. Controlled by PLC Program Logical controller to carry out integrative of mechanism/electricity/pneumatically.
3.Special design in sealing blade; the seal is firm, no crack and not easy to stick with blade.
4.Adopts transporting by belt's type when it's on feeding, fast and stable; it can add local pitch system which especial for color film according to related requirements.
5.VRJ-JHSB 6030 adopts double blowing motor to keep air-wind dissipated evenly in the tunnel, so to achieve the better effect after shrinking.
6. It assembles cycle structure which the flowing of air-wind can be adjustable for more power saving.
7. Feeding by poles chain which selects solid steel pole covered by imported silica gel, durable and bearable high intention for long term use.
The machine control the conveying speed step-less by frequency inverter of TAI AN from Tai Wan heat insulating curtain both at the entrance and exit of tunnel to reduce wasting of heat energy.
