VRJ-APBM Fully-automatic PET bottle blowing machine
Brief Introduction
VRJ-APBM Fully-automatic blowing machine adopts two-step blowing-up method for stable PET bottle blowing, two or four cavities formed one time, max. blowing volume: 2 liters. It applies to the blowing of any shape bottle for carbonated drinks, mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles, large-bore bottles, high-temperature resistant bottles and other packaging containers made by crystalline plastics (e.g. PET, PP, etc.).
Machine Characteristic
1.Adopt advanced MCU control system, perform stably.
2.The preforms transferred by conveyer automatically.
3.Heating by infrared lamp, high penetration. Tube blank rotates automatically by orbital revolution that being heated uniformly, rapid and reliable;
4.The width and height of reflector plate & lamp in heating district can be adjusted to adapt to heating preforms of different structures. Meanwhile, automatic exhaust temperature devices ensure constant temperature in drying tunnel.
5.Each mechanical movement with security self-locking device can automatically switch to safe state once any process fails.
6.Every movement is driven by cylinder but not oil pump, no pollution and low noise.
7.Pneumatic system designed divides movement and blowing into three parts to meet their different pressure needs.
8.High pressure and two-crane connecting bar clamping mould are adopted with strong clamping force.
9.Manual and fully-automatic operation can be chosen;
10.Safe & reliable design of valve installment site makes air route clearer.
11.Production process is totally automatic. Besides saving money, it also holds advantages of high efficiency, convenient operation, easy repair and safety.
