Product Instructions
The perfume filling machine includes automatic bottle feeding, filling, caps placed and screw capping from outline structure.
Operation Principle：
Put empty bottles into oblique turntable then transferred into filling part via. conveyer belt. Bottle block device ensures no-jam bottles come into filling parts.Bottle detection detects bottles being valid on position then signals sent to control system for no-bottle no-filling & valid bottle filling functions.
Start filling once detecting valid bottle.Filling finished bottles transfer into caps placed device by turntable.Bottles with caps placed come into screw capping position for capping.Capping finished bottles pushed into outlet conveyer belt via. push-lever.
Note: Compressed air must be dealt with filtration and purification before entering the machine.
